has created an on-site program that transforms simple management into
leadership; through accountability and benchmarks. Features include:

Adventures In
Leadership’s initial training seminar, is typically about
6 hours, and would usually be conducted at a facility or location
that provides the opportunity for experiential learning through
action-based activities. Subsequent training classes are
generally typically held monthly in 3 hour sessions over 10 to
12 weeks.

implemented. There is a misunderstanding in most organizations as to
where the real problems lay.

duration is generally within a 10-12 week period.
